Terms of service
Draft. Last updated: 3 October 2026. This page will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
The service
Warranty++ helps you register home appliances with their makers so that you get the extra warranty years the maker offers. We act on your instruction and in your name. The warranty is given by the maker, to you, under the terms of the maker.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your password secret. Give us correct data: the maker checks the appliance numbers, the purchase date and your name against the receipt.
Your instruction to us
Before we register an appliance you confirm that we may create an account at the maker and send the registration in your name, and that you accept the terms of the maker. We never accept marketing consent for you. We record the text you accepted and the time of acceptance.
What we do not promise
- We do not give the warranty. The maker decides whether the appliance qualifies and whether a claim is accepted.
- A maker site can be down, change, or block automated registration. In that case we stop and show you how to finish the registration yourself.
- Deadlines come from the published terms of the maker at the time we read them. Terms and promotions change. Check the current terms of the maker.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We can close accounts that give false data or misuse the service.
